ABOUT YOUR HYPNOTHERAPIST

Janie O'Reilly

Janie is a government accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist with a diploma gained at the Institute of Applied Psychology and is also an NLP Master Practitioner. Janie has two grown up children, a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, has lived many years in Europe and speaks fluent French.

Her clients enjoy her practical approach and focus on getting real outcomes. She believes every client is an individual and uses many different tools from her toolbox, which contains the best parts of several modalities (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Traditional hypnosis, Ericksonian hypnosis, Mindfulness) and will use whichever modality is agreed upon with her clients.
